In our final meetings with day of and design clients, one of the most common things I hear is "I wish I had my time back so that I could have hired a planner from day one. Having a planner on board would have eliminated so much stress and overwhelm from our lives throughout this process".

Our full planning package is designed to allow you to make all of the fun decisions without having to do the mundane tasks like collecting quotes, negotiating contracts, and chasing down vendors for answers to all of those important questions. Working with an experienced planner can save you stress and allow you to enjoy your engagement. 

Our responsibilities for this package level include venue research and procurement, vendor selection with pricing & contract negotiation, on-site event management, budget guidance & management, plus access to our online client platform to see real time updates on your planning progress and so much more!

You've worked so hard on planning your big day, but who is going to make sure all of those plans come into action perfectly while you're busy looking flawless? I like to describe this package as an insurance policy for your wedding day.

We will help you put together the wedding day timeline that dreams are made of, attend your rehearsal prior to the day of, and coordinate the biggest day of your life so that you and your loved ones can relax and enjoy the day.

This includes such tasks as on site ceremony & reception supervision and coordination, floral delivery, lunch delivery, final confirmation & day of management of all wedding related vendors, final vendor payments, and so much more. 

Our day of coordination package allows your family and bridal party to relax and enjoy celebrating the day with you. Let us take care of the rest!

Design

At Andrea Hounsell Events, we love to encourage all of our couples to create their own unique wedding space.
